Remove varicose veins and spider veins with endovenous procedures
Endovenous lasers close diseased sections of veins using high-energy light. Standard: e.g. ELVeS Radial/Double Radial®. Special feature: angioclinic® – vein laser with individually adjusted wavelength, the modality with the highest known long-term success rate.
Radio waves close veins using electrically generated heat. Standard: e.g. VeneFit®/ClosureFast®, F-care®, Celon®. Special feature: modified tumescent anaesthesia CPLA for a more comfortable course of treatment.
SteamVeinSclerosis® and soon a new system: here the effect is produced by water vapour (chemical-free), so it could also be used during pregnancy, but without anaesthesia it is somewhat uncomfortable.
Microfoam: vein closure through chemical irritation. No anaesthesia required. Standard: foam based on Aethoxysklerol (polidocanol/ethanol). Special feature: angioclinic® microfoam. Higher effectiveness and safety thanks to individually adjusted consistency and standardised continuous ultrasound guidance. Comfortable application with special spray.
PhleboCath® and ClariVein®: sclerotherapy methods with additional mechanical stimulation of the vein wall.
Vein glue closes veins through mechanical adhesion. Today's standards: VariClose® and VenaSeal®. For patients who want the same effect without glue, this can be offered with endovenous methods and IntraShape® for vein shaping (from approx. 12/2015).
As the first practice in Germany, we offer you percutaneous valvuloplasty. In this procedure, dilated vein zones are shaped so that they function properly again. The special thing: the veins are fully preserved. The effect is achieved by an ultrasound-guided injection of hyaluronic acid gel. It is completely painless.
