Percutaneous Valvuloplasty (IntraShape®) - How we can heal varicose veins

Almost all forms of venous insufficiency are associated with a dilation of the veins and particularly the valve zones. These dilations can be reversed by applying a hyaluronic acid gel around the vein.

Since 2013, it has been possible to heal diseased veins in their early stages through "percutaneous valvuloplasty" (PVP). The dilated valve zone is reduced to its normal size, and the valves function again. The effect lasts for years and can be refreshed as needed. Venous function is restored, and the vein remains completely preserved within the organism.

An early stage can still exist even if thick varicose veins have long been visible (these disappear completely after treatment). Suitability can only be assessed by an expert specifically trained in PVP.
